Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Standard Products (Skincare and Candles): Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Custom Products (Sublimated T-Shirts and Mugs): Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and processing before shipping.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occasionally occur depending on the courier service.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages and Fragile Items
LO'DIANI is committed to packing fragile items (mugs and glass jars) with the utmost protection. If you receive your order damaged, please Contact us at info@lodiani.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
