Return and Refund Policy - LO'DIANI

1. Return Period
You have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

2. Conditions by Product Type
Cosmetics and Wellness (Creams, Soaps, and Candles): For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for creams, solid soaps, or soy candles that have been unsealed, opened, lit, or used. They must retain their original seals and packaging intact.

Mugs and Fragile Items: Must be returned unused and in their original protective box.

Sublimated Shirts: Must be unwashed, unused, with their original tags, and free of odors or stains. Note: If the shirt was customized with a name or exclusive design at the customer's request, exchanges or returns are not accepted.

3. Application Process
Send an email to info@lodiani.com.
Include in the subject: "Return - Order #[Number]".
Attach clear photos showing the intact condition of the product and its packaging.

4. Shipping Costs and Breakages
The customer covers the shipping costs for returning the merchandise.
Damage warranty for transport: If a cup arrives broken or a candle damaged during shipping, LÓ'DIANI will replace the product at no cost. You must report the breakage to our email with photos of the damaged package within 24 hours of receipt.
